Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bouncing DVD Player Discord Activity (the "Service" or "Activity") operated by Playtivity ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated via Discord's Embedded App SDK, and your use is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Paid Services Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a digital interactive experience available on the Discord platform that displays a bouncing logo on the screen. It is designed to be a shared digital experience within Discord servers and voice channels.

We offer one-time purchases ("OTPs") through Discord's Premium Apps feature that allow you to customize the visual appearance of the logo, alter its bouncing behavior, add visual trails, and unlock other customization-type behaviors ("Virtual Goods").

Nature of Virtual Goods: When you purchase Virtual Goods, you are acquiring a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these digital items within the Service. Virtual Goods have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside of the Service.

Payment Processing: All transactions are processed and managed entirely by Discord in accordance with Discord's Paid Services Terms. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information (such as credit card numbers).

Billing Issues and Refunds: Because Discord manages the transaction, any issues regarding billing, duplicate charges, or payment errors must be directed to Discord Support. Except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated by Discord's Refund Policy, all sales of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable. We do not have the ability to manually issue financial refunds for purchases made through Discord's system.

When interacting with the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Service's code or mechanics.
• Use the Service in any way that violates Discord’s Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to bypass Discord's payment systems to access premium Virtual Goods without authorization.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding third-party trademarks, such as the original DVD logo, which remain the property of their respective owners) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service's underlying code or assets without explicit permission.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Activity at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the purchase of Virtual Goods.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
