By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. This Service operates within the Discord platform; therefore, your use is also governed by Discord’s Privacy Policy.

Because our Service operates as a Discord Activity, we do not require you to create a separate account. Instead, we receive specific information directly from Discord when you authorize the Activity:

• Discord User Data: We collect basic profile information necessary for the Service to function, which may include your Discord User ID, username, display name, and avatar.
• Entitlement Data: We collect data regarding your in-app purchases (Virtual Goods, such as trails and behaviors) authorized through Discord to verify which customizations you have access to.
• Gameplay Data: We may collect temporary, non-identifying technical data related to your interaction with the Activity (such as physics states or synchronization data) to ensure the shared digital experience works smoothly for all users in the voice channel.
• Payment Information Disclaimer: We do not collect, process, or store your credit card, billing, or financial information. All purchases of Virtual Goods are handled entirely by Discord.

We use the information we collect strictly to provide and improve the Service. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Display your username and avatar within the Activity to identify you to other users in the same session.
• Authenticate your Discord account and verify your purchased Virtual Goods (entitlements) so your customized trails and behaviors load properly, regardless of which server you are in.
• Ensure the technical stability and synchronization of the bouncing logo across different clients in the same Discord voice channel.
• Respond to your customer support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With Discord: Data is inherently shared with Discord to facilitate the operation of the Activity within their platform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We retain your Discord User ID and entitlement data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service and your purchased customizations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have control over your data:

• Revoking Access: You can revoke the Service's access to your Discord account at any time by going to your Discord settings (User Settings > Authorized Apps) and deauthorizing the Bouncing DVD Player.
• Data Deletion Request: If you wish for us to completely delete any historical data associated with your Discord User ID from our systems, please contact us at the email playtivity00@gmail.com. Please note that deleting this data may result in the loss of access to your purchased Virtual Goods.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document when changes occur. Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
